ZOMBIES COME TO PES!!

WALT: Make up your own writing and make a great story.
Once upon a time on a stormy cold day, there was only one class full of students and 1 teacher in the whole school. The whole school was empty but it was full with desks, tables and chairs. But SUDDENLY a huge bang came from the sky and then a light  (lightning and thunder) Went zooming through the sky BAM!. Later that day half the classrooms were crushed ( Room 5 & 4)

As soon as the zombies hear a big BANG! they rush to where it came from (Room 4 & 5 ) looking through the big windows they see William, he was busting to use the restroom so sprints towards the door with a book in his hand and books sellotaped to his arm so no zombie comes barging in and leave a bite mark on it.

When he came back we all look out the window.  As we look we see billions of zombies marching and banging on room 3s door trying to break in. We all thought for a moment, then Rosaleen said "we can’t stay here much longer The zombies are eventually going to find a way to get in" , I said "what if we find things that are sharp and stick them together"

We found all of the sharp objects in the room and made a run for it, luckily Rosaleen saved Jordin by stabbing one of the zombies.  Then Monika was one of the first people to come out of room 2 and kill most of the zombies around our area. Monika tripped and fell on the ground, the zombies were coming to eat her but then  her life saver (Paige) was brave enough to go out and save Monika. Then we all took a risk and made a run for the other side of the school. Just when Trendy Ran after all of us
“Tana” called out Trendy she almost got caught by the zombies but she survived, just as the second she survived, thousands of zombies came walking towards her but she caught up to us, we ran as fast as we could to get to the other side. Jordin ran as fast as she could but one of the zombies caught her with their sticky, gooey green slimy hands, but she got a sharp thing and killed the zombie. We all made it to the other side of the school, and that’s when we saw Laura in trouble but Laura was lucky that Rosaleen put scissors in Laura’s pocket, so you know what happened next right, Laura killed the zombie that was trying to munch her up.

Tupou was last to leave the school grounds when I saw zombies grab Tupou and pulled her back down. I saw something really sharp on the grass grabbed it and cut the hand of Tupou's Legs and we were outside of the gates. So I really wished I was kind of Tupou.

We all jumped back over the gate and ran to the park so we could get on the tallest thing there so we could stay up there overnight, but if the zombies found a way to get to us we would climb, over a lot of things and rush to one of the junior classes. We would soon lose the zombies and they won’t know where we are, but once we closed the door. We heard it open again, and there they were a lot of zombies waiting to eat our brains, and then...

Characteristics.

WALT: Find characteristics of a person in an explanation piece
of writing

What it means to be a good role model.
Are you a good role model, do you show support,
encourage & show respect to other people? In this explanation writing I am going to be
explaining the reasons of what a good role model is & how a good role model sounds and acts.

Good role models are the types of people who encourage, motivate and respect other people.
Good role models encourage others to never ever give up, they motivate people to strive
and succeed,
respect their peers and treat others the way they want to be treated.
For example one of my role models is my mama.
My mama has always encouraged and motivated me throughout my life at school.
My mama has always encouraged me and told me that I should never give up with the
things I do
and achieve.

To me being a good role model is someone who is positive all the way,
confident with all things in life and someone who is bubbly and funny.
Role models are people who are positive, being positive is a big thing in being a role model.
Being a role model you have to be confident and face the challenges in life.
You may not always be happy with the things you do but it’s best to be positive all the time.
My mother is another role model of mine because she is very confident
with the things she does,
she is positive most of the time and always shows happiness towards others.

A role model is someone who is hard-working, mature and self-talkative.
Most of my role models are very hard-working and powerful women.
They are very strong and mature
and have  believed in themselves all the way.
My last two role models would have to be my teachers Mrs Ilaoa and Mrs Sio.
The reasons why they are my two role models are because they are very hard-working.
They work hard, never give up and always try to teach us new things at school.
Our class can be a handful or more sometimes but my two role model
teachers are always strong and push us until we succeed.

So now that you’ve read my story about “Role Models” are you strong,
powerful and motivational enough to be a good role model?
Everyone has the strength to be a role model.
So use your strength and become a better role model then you already are!

My Role Model is my mum because she is positive and really hard working I love her so much,
she is a very hard working and mature lady and that’s why I love her.
She is really positive when it comes to being talkative, she is a great role model.

My mum is encouraging when you try out for something or you do a test,
she is always encouraging me to work as hard as I can, so I can be a great person when
I grow up,
I really hope that everyone else can be positive, hard working,
mature and encouraging one day and that will make you a great role model.
